We provide quality hands-on treatment for 20-30 minutes to realign, relieve muscle tension and improve joint mobility. We won't just scribble some stick figure exercises down for you to do, we'll practice with you until you're confident with them and can even send you a program with videos if you'd like. We'll tailor a treatment plan specific to you and your needs so that you can reach your goals and start feeling the way you should again.
